Equans IT Hub Romania, an entity that became operational in March 2026, has selected the CLARUS HR software solution to support the digitalization and optimization of its human resources management processes. The solution is entirely developed by Integrator Soft, a Romanian company specializing in ERP, CRM, BI, and HR software solutions, with nearly 30 years of experience in the local market.
Equans IT Hub Romania operates as an IT competence center providing services to Equans entities across multiple countries. Part of the Bouygues Group, Equans is present in approximately 20 countries and employs more than 83,000 people worldwide. In 2025, the company reported revenue of €18.7 billion.
The implementation of CLARUS HR is part of Equans IT Hub Romania’s strategy to digitalize internal processes and increase operational efficiency. The platform addresses the complex requirements of a modern Human Resources department and provides the tools needed to efficiently manage the entire employee lifecycle.
The implemented solution ensures comprehensive employee records management, time and attendance administration, and payroll processing in compliance with Romanian legislation. The system enables the automatic import of data from the access control system, while also allowing team managers to approve timesheets electronically, helping reduce administrative workloads and improve data accuracy.
An important component of the project is the implementation of the CLARUS HR InfoWeb module, a dedicated employee self-service portal that facilitates direct communication with the Human Resources department. Through the portal, employees can submit and track leave requests, while the entire approval workflow is managed digitally, with automatic updates to the time and attendance system.
In addition, the portal provides secure access to relevant personal information, including payroll data, documents, and working time records, contributing to greater transparency and an improved employee experience.
